We are able to offer a range of support through school for children and families. This includes:

The Common Assessment Framework
The Common Assessment Framework, also known as CAF, helps you to decide if you need support. People from different organisations will talk to each other, share information and work together. This means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself and the right support can be identified for you.
